Tired of Looking at the Same Unfinished Projects?
You know the ones.
The project that’s 97% done. The repair that’s been “almost finished” for months. The little things that keep getting delayed because life, work, family, and weekends are already full.

Whether you’re tired of asking or tired of being asked, our Recurring Handyman Visit gives you 90 minutes of reliable handyman help to get the list moving again.
You provide the materials. We bring the tools, labor, and know-how to get as much done as possible in one visit.

I had a drip system controller fail, causing constant dripping. Roseville Home Services came out the same day at the scheduled appointment time. Service was friendly and the problem was addressed by rebuilding the insides on the controller that had degraded over time. Replacing the controller would have been a bigger, more expensive project, but the provided solution extended the life of the existing controller.Posted on Sara BallantineTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a broken valve and a leak underground below one of the valves I tried to fix. Dan came out and was very nice and easy to deal with. He explained the issue, and was able to fix the valve and underground leak within 2 hours. Highly recommend you stop shopping around and use Dan for your irrigation!Posted on Sarah JanusTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a great experience! Dan got back to our inquiry through his website right away. He was polite and provided an estimate for the job up front. The job needed an extra part, which he was great about. He explained the why, gave options and how much additional it would be. Then he went off to get it, which meant the job got completed! It's perfect now! I've got him estimating a slew of other jobs! I feel confident he can get the work done well and for a decent price. I'm happy to have met him today!Load more
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a recurring handyman visit cost?
Each 90-minute handyman visit is a flat $197.
How often can I schedule a visit?
You can choose a visit every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months, depending on how often your home needs help.
What can I use the visit for?
You can use your visit for small repairs, home maintenance tasks, minor installations, adjustments, and unfinished projects around the house.
Do I need to provide the materials?
Yes. You provide any materials, parts, fixtures, or replacement items needed for the work. We bring the tools, labor, and small basic items like screws or fasteners when needed.
Is the visit exactly 90 minutes?
The visit is built around a 90-minute appointment, but it is not an exact 90 minutes of tool-in-hand labor. The appointment may include reviewing your list, getting familiar with your home, setup, cleanup, quick questions, and related time.
If your list is completed early, the visit may end early, and the flat fee still applies. If we need a little extra time to wrap up an item, we may use up to a 20-minute courtesy buffer when the schedule allows, but extra time is not guaranteed.
Can I use this for larger projects?
This service is best for small repairs, maintenance tasks, and punch-list items. If you want to use the visit toward a larger project, we can usually help get it started or make progress, but it may not be completed in one visit. Larger projects may also be better handled with a separate flat-fee quote.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can schedule your first visit and choose the frequency that works best for your home.
What should I do before the visit?
Make a list of the items you’d like help with and gather any materials or parts needed for those projects. If you’re not sure what can fit into 90 minutes, we can help prioritize when we arrive.
What if I don’t know exactly what needs to be fixed?
That’s okay. We can look at the issue, help you understand what may be needed, and either take care of it during the visit or recommend next steps.
Is this only for monthly visits?
No. Even though many homeowners choose monthly visits, you can also schedule visits every 2 or 3 months.
