✅ Dryer vent & outtake cleaning
✅ Replace batteries in smoke and CO detectors

How It Works:
Before your plan officially begins, we’ll schedule a quick in-home enrollment visit to get familiar with your property, verify details, and perform an initial inspection.
With our Preventive Maintenance Plan, your dedicated home manager visits four times per year to complete a comprehensive 30-point checklist, keeping every major system in good shape and preventing small issues from becoming costly repairs.
Annual Maintenance Schedule
• January–March: Early Spring checkup
• April–June: Spring systems and exterior tune-up
• July–September: Mid-year inspection
• October–December: Fall preparation and system testing
